I have lived in The Bahamas for over 30 years and my family has owned and operated several businesses for generations. With a Master of Science in both Business Administration and Accounting and a career that spans Finance, Strategy, Operations, Retail, Sales, and Business Intelligence, I have the experience and commitment to help local businesses address challenges with data-driven solutions.

My Journey back Home
I spent my childhood in The Bahamas, helping in my family’s grocery stores. Life was simple and our family business served one purpose, to provide goods for our local neighborhood. But as time passed, the business environment became more competitive and complex. Small family businesses had to give way to larger ones, and large retail had to incorporate wholesale into their business model just to remain competitive.
I went to complete my university studies in the United States, always knowing I would return home. This is where I learned the economic concept of “creative destruction” which greatly fascinated and concerned me. In response, I oriented my education and career around designing data-driven, automated solutions that can be employed by businesses at all levels. I gained experience across multiple disciplines and have designed hyper-efficient business processes, scaled operations efficiently, and increased the accuracy of institutional reporting.
Then I discovered that my passion lay in data analytics and automation. When implemented correctly, one piece of technology can replace hours of manual labor with a degree of precision that can outpace competition. Data driven insights can help solve many problems today’s businesses face by providing radical visibility and transparency. Afterall, it is much more effective for an organization to know where they are currently standing in order to make decisions on where they want to be.
