Founder & Principal Consultant
Susan Fong is an experienced business, technology and analytics leader with more than two decades of professional experience spanning finance, business intelligence, strategy, operations and technology transformation.
Her multidisciplinary background allows her to operate comfortably between executive leadership, business users and technical teams—translating business requirements into practical technology solutions while maintaining focus on implementation, adoption and measurable results.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting and has extensive experience developing executive analytics, leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting complex business-system implementations.
Her approach combines strategic thinking, analytical depth and hands-on project leadership.
